Her real name is Jummie and she is the sister of a friend and old school mate name Samuel Abayomi living in Ikorodu Lagos. The family is devastated by the loss of this young girl. More saddening is the fact that the social media and especially bloggers have capitalized on her picture to get traffic to their blogs by deceiving the public that she was a runs girl. Seven Day Curfew Begins In Ife

A seven-day curfew will begin after the remains of the late Ooni of Ife, Oba Okunade Sijuwade, Olubuse II, must have been buried on Friday, the town’s chiefs have said.

The spokesperson for the chiefs, Chief Dejo Adejobi, told our correspondent on the telephone on Thursday that the restriction of movement for the rites would start from 4pm today and would past for the next seven days.

Fire guts Christ Embassy church in Lagos

BENIN CITY- TRAGEDY struck, Sunday, at Ibillo, Akoko Edo Local Government Area of Edo State, when a man popularly known as Alhaji, murdered three persons including a three year old boy, after a quarrel over the ownership of a bitter leaf plant in the compound.
The sad incident occurred at Ogo quarters Ibillo Sunday evening. The three killed includes a man identified as Mr Aliu Ademo, a girl called Favour and a little boy Isaac, who later died yesterday morning at the hospital.
